• Description: IL-10 Recombinant Rat produced in E.coli is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 160 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 18.7 kDa. The IL10 Mouse is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

This value is calculated by the PC GENE computer analysis program of protein sequences (IntelliGenetics). 2. Analysis by RP-HPLC, using calibrated solution of IL-10 as Reference Standard.

• Biological Activity: The ED50 as determined by the dose dependent inhibition of MC/9 proliferation is less than 10 ng/ml.
• Solubility (25°C): It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized IL-10 Rat Recombinant in sterile H₂O not less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
• Storage: Store at 4°C for up to two weeks. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
