NDs-IN-1 (Compound 3g) is a novel, non-covalent multi-target inhibitor designed for neurodegenerative disease research. It simultaneously targets key enzymes hBACE-1, hAChE, and hMAO-B, and has demonstrated inhibitory activity in both biochemical and cellular assays, supporting its use in vitro and in vivo mechanistic studies.
