Product Description

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to matrix metalloproteinases9 (MMP9) which belongs to the peptidase M10A family. It play an essential role in local proteolysis of the extracellular matrix and in leukocyte migration and in bone osteoclastic resorption. Deficiency leads to Intervertebral disc disease (IDD).
