Immunofluorescence staining of fixed human peripheral blood monocytes (PBMs) with anti-Integrin beta-7 antibody FIB27. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed human PBMs on Shi-fix™ coverslips- permewith 0.15% Triton and stained with the chimeric r version of FIB27 (orb1671938) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (1 ug/ml)- showing memrbane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right- top-bottom orb1671938- DAPI- merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an anti-Fluorescein antibody (0) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
