Description | Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GPR18 also known as NAGly receptor whose expression can be detected in the choroid plexus and is highly expressive in the lungs and testis. It is found in the cytoplasmic vesicle. This protein functions as a receptor for endocannabinoid N-arachidonyl glycine (NAGly). It plays a role in hypotensive responses mediating reduction in intraocular and blood pressure and also mediates NAGly-induced process of reorganization of actin filaments and induction of acrosomal exocytosis. |
