Immunohistochemical staining of rat stomach using anti-Complement receptors 1&2 antibody orb1672121. Formalin fixed rat stomach slices were were stained with orb1672121 at 3 ug/ml.

Flow-cytometry using anti-complement receptors 1 & 2 antibody 7G6. Mouse lymphocytes were stained with an isotype control (3.0 - panel A) or the rmeric version of 7G6 (orb1672121 - panel B) at a concentration of 1 ug/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing- bound antibody was detected using a AF488 conjugated donkey anti-ribody and cells analysed on a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.
