Western blot analysis of ACTN4 Antibody in T47D, A2058, A375, HepG2 cell line and mouse bladder tissue lysates (35 ug/lane)

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma reacted with ACTN4 Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
